This program encourages the importance to cultivate self-compassion in daily life. Mindful self-compassion is a transformative practice providing a pathway to profound healing.
Learning to respond to yourself with care and kindness in daily life as well as in times of stress and suffering encourages a deeper understanding of your own personal journey. With self-compassion you are able to embrace yourself with kindness.
