In this 8 week program our team facilitates group lifestyle sessions where patients set lifestyle goals and create action steps they can take immediately, allowing them to walk in the direction of health.

This approach includes “a predominantly whole food, plant based diet, regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management and behavioral change techniques.
